Rendez-vous sur les îles de Saint-Sébastien-sur-Loire
pour 1h - 1h20 d'oxygénation suivant son rythme.
Chacun:
- Trouve ses compagnons de marche...
- Marche à son rythme...
- Fait la distance qui lui convient...
En général les habitués marchent à un bon rythme
Le tour des deux îles fait 6.5km.
Pour ceux qui voudraient faire moins, il est facile de couper, et impossible de se perdre...
On se retrouve après autour de la table pour le débriefing et les petits gâteaux.
On essaie de partir à l'heure 11h !!
